How do I know these tours are actually qualified?

Every tour is pre-qualified and screened before it’s scheduled. That means the family is private-pay, aligned with your pricing, has care needs you can support, is actively looking to move, and confirms attendance ahead of time. If a family shows up unqualified or doesn’t attend, it does not count toward your guaranteed tours.

What if I only have one open room and don't need all three tours?

Most providers fill a vacancy within three tours, but the guarantee ensures you’re never forced to rush a decision or accept a poor fit. If your room fills before all tours are completed in the program, remaining qualified families are added to your waiting list at no additional cost. You can reach out to them at any time since you will have met them and have their information.

How is this different then a placement agency or a referral partner?

Placement agencies control the relationship, often steering families towards favored homes, and charge large fees after move-in. We are not incentivized for a particular family to move-in, we care about fit. We never take a percentage of rent or charge families for our services. You pay once for predictable tour volume in the next 30 days and retain full control over who tours, who moves in, and when.

How much time will this require from me and my staff?

Very little. We handle outreach, screening, qualification, scheduling, and tour confirmation. Your role is simply to be prepared and responsive for tours, share details on your home, and ensure you provide a wonderful experience to families touring. Providers don’t need more work, they need the right families showing up when a room is open, and that’s what this system is designed to deliver.

What if my availability or situation changes during the program?

That’s completely fine. If timelines shift or you need to reschedule tours, we adjust accordingly. You are never locked into a fixed schedule or forced to accept tours that no longer make sense. You stay in control of availability at all times.

What if I need more tours in the future?

Once you invest in the Tour Guarantee Program and we deliver you the promised three tours, you can request additional tours at any time for a flat fee for up to a year.
